1. WHAT WE COLLECT

When you make a purchase, our payment processor (Tebex) collects:

• The Minecraft username you provide at checkout
• Your payment method details (handled by Tebex's PCI-compliant
  payment partners — we never see card numbers)
• Your email address (used for purchase receipts)
• Country / region (for tax purposes)

When you play on our server, our plugin syncs basic gameplay stats
to our website (in-game balance, playtime, kill counts, etc.) for
the purposes of leaderboards and rank progression.

2. HOW WE USE IT

• To deliver your purchases in-game.
• To send purchase receipts and important account notices.
• To display server leaderboards and rank progress on our website.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
for marketing.

3. THIRD PARTIES

Payment processing is handled by Tebex.io and their underlying
processors (Stripe, PayPal). Their privacy policies apply to that
data.

If you link your Discord or Twitch account on our website, we
receive your username and avatar from those platforms. Linking is
optional.

4. RETENTION

Purchase records are retained as required by tax law (typically
7 years). Gameplay data is retained as long as your account is
active.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

If you are based in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right
to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
