Refund Policy

We want every purchase to feel worth it. If something goes wrong,
here's what we'll do.

1. AUTOMATIC ELIGIBILITY

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• Your purchase failed to deliver any items within 24 hours of
  payment confirmation.
• Items delivered were materially different from what was described
  on the store page.
• A technical error on our end caused you to be charged twice for
  the same purchase.

To request a refund under these terms, open a Discord ticket within
14 days of purchase and include your Tebex transaction ID.

2. EU / UK STATUTORY REFUND WINDOW

If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day
right of withdrawal under consumer protection law. This right
applies up until digital goods have been delivered. Once an item is
delivered in-game and consumed (used, opened, or applied), the right
of withdrawal expires for that item, as you have agreed to immediate
performance.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription cancellations stop future renewals. We do not issue
prorated refunds for unused time in the current billing period —
your tier and crate continue through the end of the period you've
paid for. Cancel from your Tebex account portal at any time.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

We do not issue refunds for:

• Items that have been used, opened, or applied in-game (consumables
  are non-refundable once delivered).
• Buyer's remorse on items that were correctly described and
  delivered.
• Lost items due to in-game accidents, deaths, or PvP.
• Bans or punishments — purchases are not transferable to a
  different account.

5. CHARGEBACKS

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on a delivered purchase will
result in an automatic ban from the MercyCraft server and store.
We strongly prefer you reach out to us first — refunds are usually
faster through our process than through a card dispute.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Open a ticket in our Discord (discord.gg/DJMPYxyzpS) with:

• Your Minecraft username
• Your Tebex transaction ID
• A short description of the issue

We aim to respond within 48 hours.
